Detox Day
Macros: 35% Fat 40% Protein 25% Carbohydrate

Only water, matcha, herbal tea (no flavors), or plain green or white tea until noon. NO SWEETENERS allowed, not even stevia, no cinnamon; this is when your body is cleansing, and anything food-related can disrupt it.

Proteins Allowed:

  • Eggs
  • Egg Whites
  • Chicken Breast
  • Ground Turkey
  • All White Fish—highly recommended
  • Duck
  • Turkey Breast
  • Pork Tenderloin
  • 97 % Fat-free Ground Beef

Vegetables:

All vegetables allowed except white potatoes and corn.
There are no limits.

Fruit:

1 cup of berries

On this day, you will have your smoothie as a “snack” in the afternoon but no matcha as you will already have had it in the morning.
