Proteins Allowed:

  • Eggs
  • Egg Whites
  • Chicken Breast
  • Ground Turkey
  • All White Fish—highly recommended
  • Duck
  • Turkey Breast
  • Pork Tenderloin
  • 97 % Fat-free Ground Beef

Vegetables:

All vegetables allowed except white potatoes and corn.
There are no limits.

Fruit:

Add three 1 cup servings of berries. You can have 1 apple, but it counts as 2 servings of fruit. Follow the macros
